Categories of data we collect
When you send an inquiry, we may process the following data:
- Your name
- Your email address and or phone number
- Your requested stay dates, room preferences, and guest counts
- Your message and any information you choose to include in it
- Your selected language or locale
- Your browser time zone
- Your confirmation that you have read this privacy notice
Purpose and legal basis
We process inquiry data in order to respond to your inquiry and to take steps at your request before a possible booking. For guests located in the European Union, this processing is carried out because it is necessary to handle pre-booking communication requested by you.
We also use limited technical safeguards to protect the form against spam and abuse. That processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing the website and maintaining the availability of the inquiry channel.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse and protect the inquiry form. Turnstile may process technical request data that is necessary to perform this anti-abuse function. Please review Cloudflare's own privacy information if you need more detail about how that service operates.
Retention period
Inquiry data is retained for 30 days. After that period, it should be deleted unless a separate lawful basis requires further processing, such as an actual booking relationship or a legal obligation.
How we use inquiry data
Inquiry data is used only to review availability, prepare a response, and continue related pre-booking communication. It is not used for marketing unless you provide separate consent for marketing contact.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you may request access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
